This is the worst service i have ever experienced in my life. the staff is very friendly but the work that was performed was very poor and when i returned to have it repaired they charged me for additional service that they did not even perform as well as not repairing the first issues. Now my slide is out of adjustment and they will not return any phone calls. i would give them a big fat F for customer service. I do not believe that they have anyone in their service department that know how to fix anything.

The staff was friendly. However they definitely like to nickel and dime you. I think it’s pretty ridiculous spending $27,000 on a trailer and them not including some items, like all the tubing to clean the tanks, etc. I had my own hitch, perfectly set up for the trailer already in the receiver of my truck. I just didn’t have the hooks for the stabilizer bars. They wanted to charge me $259 and kept telling me they installed the hitch for me. Then changed their story to saying they had to adjust it for me. Which it’s exactly the same way I brought it to them. $259 for the hooks and “adjusting” my hitch is ridiculous. Won’t purchase from this store again.
