Maximilien Aquitaine , 24, of Hillsboro, Washington County, Oregon, United States recently contacted someone online. He allegedly offered to pay money in exchange for the person to perform sexual acts he requested. Unbeknownst to Aquitaine, he was communicating with one of the law enforcement officers posing as decoys as part of a human sex trafficking mission of the Lake Oswego Police Department in Lake Oswego, Oregon. The department conducted the operation on March 23, 2023 with the assistance of the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office , the Oregon City Police Department , the Milwaukie Police Department and the Sandy Police Department .
